Client Scheduling & Follow-Up Sessions

This page is available at any time through Client Access at K9Edge.ca.

If this is your first session, you are already booked — no further action is required.

If you are scheduling a follow-up session, please review the information below before booking.

Training Calendar

K9Edge training hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm.

There are six daytime sessions available each weekday, with a limited number of premium evening and weekend appointments offered throughout the week.

Appointments must be scheduled at least three days in advance. The calendar is typically open four weeks ahead of the current date.

Recommended Training Cadence

Unless otherwise directed, a cadence of one session per week is recommended. Clients may book additional sessions in advance based on their program or goals.

If You Cannot Find a Time

If no suitable appointments are available, please visit K9Edge.ca and use the chat feature to request assistance. We will ensure you are accommodated as quickly as possible.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

While every effort is made to preserve your selected appointment time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require rescheduling. When this occurs, you will be contacted and provided with alternative options.

Cancellations require 72 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be forfeited. All sessions expire six months from the date of purchase.

Zone-Based Scheduling

To maintain efficient travel and scheduling, appointments are organized by geographic zone:

• South of the North Saskatchewan River — Mondays & Fridays
• North of the River — Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Extended or flexible service areas — Wednesdays

If you are unsure which zone applies, select the closest option or contact us for guidance.

Before We Meet

Prior to your session, please:

• Complete any required intake forms

• Ensure your dog is rested

• Avoid introducing new techniques or equipment

• Avoid exposure or training scenarios on your own
